McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Centre

A 2-storey, LEED Gold targeted waterfront infrastructure development that provides primary, secondary, and tertiary wastewater treatment for Greater Victoria. The landscape design creates a vegetated visual buffer, contributes to foreshore shading and organic debris infusion at the harbour edge, biologically treats road run-off prior to discharge into the ocean, and improves stormwater management through a multi-level extensive style green roof.
