Human Resources Officer
Emily majored in Psychology at the University of Victoria and spent 5 years working and volunteering for non-profit associations and social enterprises in the mental health sector before shifting focus to human resources. She is a member of BC’s Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (BC CPHR) and has experience in crisis management, conflict resolution, change management, business administration, project coordination, training and development, and organizational psychology.
Emily brings a passion for human connection, ethics and equality, and strategic planning to LADR, and is committed to enhancing the employee experience in the workplace. She is responsible for internal policy and people functions and contributes to RFP’s and community design consultations on occasion.
