Royal Bay Parks and Boulevards

A 170ha planned community built on a former gravel pit that will ultimately include 2300 houses, up to 7500m2 of commercial space, and over 40ha of green space, parks and trails. Development of healthy soils, biological approaches to site-wide stormwater management, and the creation of diverse play/recreation areas, greenway networks, and feature boulevards and entry points are integral to the landscape design for this multi-phase project.
